These Terms of Service govern your use of Fliply, a vocabulary builder for Chinese language on iOS. By using Fliply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

You may use Fliply for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data beyond what is provided through the app. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any activity that occurs on your device.

Accounts and access

Fliply may offer subscriptions or paid features. Access to those features is managed by the App Store and our subscription partners. You are responsible for managing your purchases and subscription settings through your Apple ID and for keeping your Apple ID credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies. We do not store payment information. Subscription pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the App Store terms and your Apple account settings.

Content and learning results

Fliply provides study tools and content for language learning. You are responsible for how you use the app. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, scores, or fluency. Content may change over time as we improve the app.

Intellectual property

Fliply and its content, features, and branding are owned by Fliply and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or reverse engineer the app without permission, except to the extent permitted by law.

Any feedback you provide about the app may be used to improve Fliply without obligation to you.

Disclaimer

Fliply is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused, if required to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the security and integrity of the service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to the service

We may update the app, features, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
